Finance Manager | PE-Backed Luxury Real Estate | £65,000 - £75,000 | Central London | Permanent role

This is an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a high growth, private equity-backed Luxury Property business on a permanent basis, based in their London Headquarters (hybrid, 3 days in the office). This is an opportunity to join an ambitious business that has grown £10 million year on year for the past 3 years, with new site openings, they will grow to £150 million in the next 6 years.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will operate as the number 2 in finance, managing a team of 3. This is a broad role where you will have oversight for the management accounts for the properties and year-end as well as leading on the preparation of forecasts for the investors.Duties will include:

  • Overseeing the preparation of the group management accounts for 15 group companies
  • Leading the year-end preparation and working as a main point of contact for the auditors
  • Managing a and developing a finance team of 3
  • Working as a key point of contact for the investors, providing updated forecasts as well as investor reports
  • Working directly alongside the FD on future fundraising rounds
  • Management of the cashflow forecasting
  • Business partnering with various non-finance stakeholders across the business including Property Directors & investors

Skill set required:

  • ACA/CIMA Qualified with a minimum of 2+ years post qualified experience
  • Strong academic background
  • Experience preparing management accounts (either from practice or industry)
  • Knowledge of the property sector is preferable but not essential
  • Experience managing direct reports either in practice or in industry is essential
  • Strong Excel skills, financial modelling experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ambitious in nature with the desire to progress to Financial Controller in the next 2 years
