Do you have experience of Month and Year end Accounting? Are you looking to join a rapidly growing business?
If so, we are seeking a Finance Manager to report into the CFO, manage a small team of finance staff and run everything reporting related for the growing business.
The role will pay £60 - £70k + bonus and great benefits depending on experience and candidates must be able to get to central London - the role is 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report into Head of Finance and work with senior management team
- Manage a small transactional finance
- Own the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
- Ownership of the month-end process
- Development of all finance systems and processes
- Be a key point of contact in the external audit process
- Manage VAT and all tax processes
- Work closely on the cashflow forecasting process
- Develop Budgets whilst working closely with the various project managers
- Manage the CIS returns process.
Key Characteristics:
- Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant or finalist.
- Strong experience of running month end and monthly Management Accounts.
- Experience of year end and statutory reporting.
- Strong systems experience - good Excel skills are required and experience using Xero is beneficial.
- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
