A Public Health Service in South London who are looking to appoint a talented Financial Accounts Manager on an Interim basis, are working with Spencer Clarke Group to find a successful candidate.

What's on offer:

  • Rates: £25 - £34 per Hour, inside IR35.

About the role:

Based in South London (Hybrid)

Our client are seeking the immediate start of a looking for a Financial Accounts Manager to be responsible for the overall management and performance of financial accounts service utilising specialist knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure that internal financial controls support an effective system of financial governance in line with the Trust's Standing Orders.
  2. To undertake the day-to-day management of the production of the Trust's monthly and quarterly financial returns and Annual Financial Statements.
  3. Be responsible for the overall management and performance of capital programme; e.g upkeep of the Trust's fixed asset register.

About you:You will have the following experience:

  • Fully qualified accountant. (CCAB)
  • Significant experience in financial accounting and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of achievement within a large or NHS organisation.
  • Financial Accounting Experience.
