About the Finance Manager Role: In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller in the UK, overseeing and managing the company's growing international finance and reporting requirements across EMEA and APAC regions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing UK and international statutory accounts, including small group consolidated accounts.
• Preparing management accounts, corporate accounts, reporting, regulatory returns, VAT returns, and tax returns.
• Reviewing VAT returns in various international locations, including working knowledge of partial exemption VAT calculations.
• Ensuring inter company balances are reviewed and cleared regularly.
• Collaborating with third-party service providers handling accounting operations in various countries.
• Providing information and drafting reports for local and U.S. audit and tax firms.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing internal and statutory reports.

About You:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Proficient in IFRS, UK GAAP or experience in US GAAP.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in international accounting and foreign currencies (desirable).
• Proficiency in Accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Client service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
