An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Reporting Manager in London. This role offers a competitive salary of £75,000-£85,000 and the chance to be part of one of the largest independent owners, operators and developers of shared communications infrastructure globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. What you'll do:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for all Head office entities.

Ensure completion of SOX controls for the Head office entities.

Take ownership of the annual financial statement process for Group entities.

Manage, coach and support Shared Service Centre resources.

Monitor and manage intercompany investments, group tax strategies, and employee reward schemes.

Financial control over central treasury activities and group costs.

Work closely with the team on key group reporting activities.

Support on ad-hoc projects, including M&A and other special initiatives.
What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

'Big 4' trained with minimum 4 years PQE with relevant reporting experience.

Excellent understanding of IFRS (with an emphasis on impairment review and share based payments) and SOX compliance.

Experience managing treasury activities, intercompany transactions, and tax-related matters.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of process improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
