Description
- Producing insightful management / board information and disclosure presentations including underlying data analysis to polished presentations for regional and global senior management
- Produce insightful management information
- Plan compensation and provide scenario analysis
- Assist in building and updating UK budget and forecast
- Own non-compensation budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Implement ongoing process improvements
- Streamline business processes for accuracy and timeliness
- Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for business performance forecasting
Profile
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 4+ years' experience.
- Superior analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply numbers to business context
- Advanced MS Excel, financial modelling, and PowerPoint skills
- Proactive with continuous process improvement mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills
- Well-developed communication skills for sophisticated reporting
- Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
- Financial Services or Professional Services sector background
- Stable career history
