Working alongside the FP&A Manager, your role will include financial analysis, business partnering, compensation planning, and performance reporting for the UK and EMEA regions.

Description

  • Producing insightful management / board information and disclosure presentations including underlying data analysis to polished presentations for regional and global senior management
  • Produce insightful management information
  • Plan compensation and provide scenario analysis
  • Assist in building and updating UK budget and forecast
  • Own non-compensation budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Implement ongoing process improvements
  • Streamline business processes for accuracy and timeliness
  • Build and strengthen stakeholder relationships
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for business performance forecasting

Profile

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 4+ years' experience.
  • Superior analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply numbers to business context
  • Advanced MS Excel, financial modelling, and PowerPoint skills
  • Proactive with continuous process improvement mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Well-developed communication skills for sophisticated reporting
  • Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
  • Financial Services or Professional Services sector background
  • Stable career history
