We’re thrilled to be partnering with an international luxury design studio in SW London to help them find an FP&A Manager for this newly created role. This is ideally suited to someone tech-savvy with a strong background in FP&A and proven experience of systems and processes transformation.

Since its inception, the studio has grown organically to over 130 employees and recently became a fully employee-owned organisation. The senior leadership team has fostered a friendly, inclusive culture with a strong focus on investing in its people. This hybrid role is based in their stunning new offices (with mainline and District Line connections) 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home.

Reporting directly to the CFO and Commercial Director, this is a senior-level role with significant visibility across the wider business. The role is built around three key areas:

  • FP&A Support to CFO
  • Project Management Support
  • Software Systems & Processes Optimisation

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…

  • Support the CFO with financial analysis for strategic decisions
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to manage project finances and resources
  • Business partner to design partners and project leaders to help them understand financial data to improve performance
  • Mentor and support team members to build a high-performance culture
  • Assist the Commercial Director with ad hoc financial tasks
  • Lead improvements to FP&A systems and processes
  • Use technology to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards to track project performance
  • Drive continuous improvements in FP&A systems to meet business needs
  • Support the company’s push for greater efficiency
  • Develop training materials on best practices

CANDIDATE PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
  • Proven experience in financial planning & analysis
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to enhance financial software systems, with PowerBI experience (required). Experience working with Deltek is a advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in process transformation and working across teams
  • A change-oriented mindset, embracing continuous improvement
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at all levels

HOURS & BENEFITS

Working hours are 09:30-17:30 Monday to Friday. The excellent benefits include the following:
