Description
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Produce monthly financial reports and provide insights to senior management
- Collaborate with departmental heads to understand and manage costs
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage a small team of finance professionals
- Participate in special projects as needed
Profile
A successful Group FP&A Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial data to non-financial colleagues
Job Offer
