Cedar is currently partnered with a fast-paced, private equity-backed technology and infrastructure business to secure an Interim Group Reporting Manager, for a Private Equity-Backed Technology & Infrastructure Business. This is a 6-9 Month contract paying between £600-700 per day.

The RoleAs Group Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting across the Group. This is a broad and hands-on role, supporting month-end close activities, statutory reporting and ensuring high-quality financial outputs in a fast-evolving business environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the monthly and quarterly Group consolidation and reporting process.
- Preparing high-quality financial reporting packs for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Supporting year-end statutory accounts preparation in compliance with IFRS.
- Managing the external audit process and acting as a key point of contact for auditors.
- Reviewing subsidiary submissions and supporting the integrity of Group-level reporting.
- Maintaining and enhancing internal reporting controls and processes.
- Updating and embedding Group accounting policies in line with evolving standards.
- Collaborating with finance teams across the business to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
Your ProfileYou will ideally have:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with proven experience in Group consolidation and reporting.
- Exposure to IFRS within a multi-entity, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a PE-backed or acquisitive organisation is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative working style.
