Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Business Partner / Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their finance career who is looking to gain exposure to business partnering and financial analysis. You will work closely with various departments across the organisation, providing financial insights, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and supporting decision-making processes to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:

    • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

    • Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

    • Assist in the creation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.

  • Business Partnering:

    • Act as a finance point of contact for internal departments, providing advice on financial performance.

    • Assist with the preparation and delivery of financial presentations for key stakeholders.

    • Develop a strong understanding of business operations to provide relevant financial support and insights.

  • Data Management & Systems:

    • Work with financial systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

    • Assist in the preparation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.

    • Support in the development and streamlining of financial reporting processes.

  • Ad-Hoc Analysis & Project Support:

    • Provide financial analysis and insights to assist with special projects.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, ensuring financial alignment.

    • Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required to support business decisions.
