Internal Business Development Manager (Bridging Finance)

Location: London Central

Hybrid - 3x Days from home / 2x days office,

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Performance bonuses paid monthly,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the external BDMs
  • Dealing with enquires
  • Liaising with brokers and often clients
  • Structuring deals
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the bridging finance industry.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our bridging finance products.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financing needs and guide them through the application process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely processing of applications.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  • Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to position our products effectively.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to streamline the approval process.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business development success.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
