Internal Controls Manager | Global Luxury Retail brand | Permanent | Central London (4 days required in the office) | £70,000-£80,000 plus benefits
This is an opportunity for Internal Controls Manager to join a globally renowned luxury group, based in Central London (4 days in the office) on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role due to the growth; you will be joining an internationally renowned business that has brands & offices based globally.
Reporting to the Head of Retail & Internal Controls, you will be leading a team of 4 and owning the internal controls across several retail brand. A key focus of this role is to drive automations and drive systemised processes across all brands in the group.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of 4 in internal controls
- Owning projects across the group including implementing robust controls which can be implemented across all brands
- Driving process improvement including proactively implementing and managing automations of processes across financial reporting, stock and internal audit
- Providing senior stakeholders with key reports relating to internal controls and automations
- Leading on internal and external audits
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business including working directly with retail stores along with the C-suite
Skill set required:
- Previous internal controls experience or internal audit experience
- Experience working for a larger more complex business
- Consumer experience is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of SAP is preferrable
- Previous experience leading projects and experience of automating processes
- Experience partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Ambitious in nature with the desire to drive improvements across the group
