Our client is seeking an International Tax Manager with a strong background across most aspects of Corporate Tax within the UK and International jurisdictions. Reporting into the Tax Director, you will be responsible for managing all tax-related matters, providing strategic tax guidance, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.

Description
- Manage all tax-related activities including compliance and reporting along with Project and Advisory work too
- Provide strategic tax planning and guidance.
- Work closely with the finance team to optimise tax efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all domestic and international tax laws.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise the company accordingly.
- Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Manage tax audits and inquiries.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
Profile
A successful International Tax Manager should have:
- An academic degree in Tax, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional tax or accounting qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the energy and natural resources sector.
- Experience in managing a team of tax professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
