Meraki Talent is working closely with a highly reputable and established Corporate Advisory boutique on the position of M&A Director. This position will specialise in the ever-changing Energy & Infrastructure sectors. The Business:Our client is a boutique Corporate Finance Advisory firm with several offices spread across the world. The business employs close to 200 people with one of their largest offerings being within their London office.Over the past 3 years the business and client base has grown quite substantially, elevating the firm to a new and exciting height within their market. The firm provides a wide range of services within the Corporate Finance world including M&A advisory, Equity Fundraising, Intelligence Strategy services, Power Purchasing Agreements, Project Finance work, amongst other expected services such as Financial Modelling, Debt Advisory etc.Sector specialisms are wide and varied across the business, within the Energy sector they specialise within Power generation, Clean Fuels, Sustainable Infrastructure, Renewables, Bio Energy, Electric Vehicle charging, Hydrogen, Solar, Onshore and Offshore wind among others.The role:An exciting opportunity to join the firm as M&A Director within the Corporate Finance function specialising within the Energy & Infrastructure sector. You will lead a team of experienced and dedicated Corporate Finance professionals whilst managing a bustling portfolio of clients on Transactions within the Energy sector.You will be involved in both Buy Side and Sell Side Transactions with around 90% or more of your time being spent on sell side mandates.Work with clients within Energy & Infrastructure, develop plans in line with the firms key metrics around M&A deals in and around London, develop your own and the firms client base simultaneously.Key Experience:

  • Operating at Director level within a Corporate Finance environment either from a reputable Chartered Accountants, or in-house Energy provider/boutique.
  • High level M&A expertise within Energy and Infrastructure
  • A solid network within the Energy & Infrastructure sector
  • A strong executor of Deals, with a proven track record of closing deals within Energy & Infrastructure
  • A proven track record of new business development within the Energy & Infrastructure sectors
