Meraki Talent is working an elite corporate finance advisory firm who is seeking an experienced Director to join its growing London team.Specialising in M&A transactions within the industrials sector, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive high-value deal activity, working with a global client base.Our client:A premier M&A advisory firm with additional offices across Europe. They have been in business for over 30 years and due to their continued success now seek to onboard a new Director into their bustling Industrials division.The firm has completed over 800 industrial M&A projects, with an amazing industry high success rate in closing deals.The offer a comprehensive range of services, which includes buy-side and sell-side advisory, refinancing, distressed M&A, acquisition, and expansion financing, working capital management, and balance sheet optimisation. This experience enables them to adopt tailored strategies and compelling sales narratives, ensuring optimal value in transactions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute mid-to-large-cap M&A transactions, ensuring strong & professional deal management from origination to close.
  • Develop and nurture key relationships with clients, private equity firms, and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support complex deal structuring.
  • Mentor and lead a team of associates and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive business development efforts, leveraging existing networks to identify new opportunities.

Experience:

  • Experience in M&A advisory, with a proven history of leading successful transactions in the industrials sector.
  • Deep understanding of industrial electronics and related sub-sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and negotiation skills.
  • Established network within the industrials and private equity ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a challenging environment.
