What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Act as a key liaison for high-net-worth clients' non-financial service needs, identifying and delivering tailored solutions;
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to promote the Private Banking brand and strengthen its market presence;
  • Plan and execute high-quality client engagement events, including networking sessions, seminars, and exclusive experiences, etc.;
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party non-financial service providers, ensuring service quality and reliability;
  • Conduct due diligence and performance reviews of external service partners to maintain high standards;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align non-financial services with the overall Private Banking strategy;
  • Support the development and management of the Private Banking non-financial service platform;

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally with a background in marketing, hospitality, finance, economics, or a related field;
  • Preferably work experience in business development, client engagement, or event planning;
  • Excellent communication and inter-cultural skills, with fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin (both verbal and written);
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners;
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach with strong organisational abilities.
