Job Status: Permanent. Hybrid working, 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH

Operations Associate - What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Support with the development, enhancement and maintenance of Operations department processes, systems and controls.
  • In time, to review and development branch policies and procedures related Loans Administration, Accounts & custody in line with changes and enhancements.
  • Timely and accurate delivery of projects and daily works undertaken.
  • Timely and conclusive investigation and resolving of any issues raised in the branch through Internal & External Audits for the departments supported, together with the section managers.
  • Adhere and strive to achieve both personal and branch KPI’s as from time to time set by Management.
  • Constant adherence to Regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • To develop banking and operations skills to become a proficient member of the operations department.
  • Day to Day administration of work related to Loans Administration, Accounts and Custody business of the branch, reporting directly to the Manager and the Head of Operations.
  • Work closely with Head Office for system testing, enhancements and updates.

Operations Associate - The skills you need to succeed:

  • Fluent level of Mandarin and English in speaking and writing
  • Relevant Payment experience in Corporate Banking or FI sector
  • Degree holder.
  • Able to demonstrate good knowledge of payments operations, Loans administration and Corporate Accounts Administration.
  • Able to demonstrate strong learning capabilities
  • Approachable personality, someone who is proactive in taking initiatives, responsibility and is a strong team player
