A part-time Finance Manager is sought to join a growing business.

You will provide management of finance, accounting and business administrative functions. Responsibilities will include acting as Company Secretary, managing accounting and financial processes, as well as coordinating human resources and other business support activities including liaison with third party services when required.

This position will report to the CEO and Director, and you will be required to prepare and present financial information to the Board, assisting with strategic planning and management of a growing Community Interest Company.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA part/qualified with experience in management accounts. budgeting, reporting, VAT returns and cash flow forecasting.

Experience of policy and regulatory compliance including reviewing and updating policies and systems/processes would be highly desirable.

Any experience of HR and company secretary duties would be beneficial
