A client of ours, a firm with offices in central London are on the lookout to bring in a Senior Audit Manager to work closely with the Partners of the firm to provide client focused and commercially aware services. You will manage your own portfolio and will be on a clear progression path to become Director and obtain your RI qualification.

Details of the role

  • Managing a client portfolio with over £500k in fees
  • Working on clients from retail, technology, recruitment and hospitality amongst others
  • Managing a dedicated team of auditors and assisting with their development
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new and existing business
  • Day-to-day leadership of the audits, including being the key contact for the client
  • Working on both UK GAAP clients and IFRS clients
  • Put on a career pathway to make Director level

What you'll need to succeed

  • You should hold a relevant qualification, either ACA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience in managing both a team and a sizeable client portfolio
  • Experience of delivering accounting standards such as UK GAAP, IFRS, FRS 102
  • An audit heavy focus in your current role
  • A forward-thinking mindset, someone who is keen to progress
  • Being previously involved in developing new business would be desirable, but is not essential
