I am supporting a high-growth multi-channel fashion business seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager. The company has seen exceptional revenue growth over the past two years and have ambitious plans to scale even further.

As their Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, providing commercial insight, financial planning, and business partnering support to help scale the business further.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the commercial finance, FP&A, and business partnering functions.
- Providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to the senior executive team.
- Implementing and improving financial processes to support business growth.
- Supporting and challenging decision-making across various functions.
Ideal Candidate
- A strategic, commercially focused candidate with a background in fashion or retail.
- A full accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
- Confidence in challenging and influencing senior executives.
- A track record of implementing financial processes in a scaling business.
