We are partnering with a critically acclaimed London based multi-site and multi-brand growing Restaurat group and are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for one of their brands.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and commercially driven Senior Finance Manager to take full ownership of the financial operations for one of the Group’s brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance leader to work closely with the brand’s Managing Director, as well as the Operations and Sales & Marketing teams, driving strategic decisions and maintaining financial excellence.

You'll collaborate with the central finance team, aligning strategies with the wider group and making a real impact every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Leadership
  • Own end-to-end financial management for a brand, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Review and present monthly accounts with insights on performance and variances.
  • Prepare board packs with actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, aligning with brand and group objectives.
Strategic Partnership
  • Identify profitability opportunities and cost efficiencies.
  • Support business cases for new initiatives, expansions, and investments.
  • Provide data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Team Collaboration & Management
  • Partner with the Group Finance team to ensure consistent reporting and compliance.
  • Mentor junior finance team members, fostering growth and excellence.
Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, controls, and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee cash flow and working capital management.
  • Support external audits and year-end processes.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience, ideally in hospitality or retail.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, managing multi-site operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
