The ideal candidate, will have extensive experience in Group Finance, with a solid understanding of financial planning and analysis in a large corporate setting. Duties of the FP&A Manager Role:-
- Working closely with the senior finance leadership team globally you will be responsible for detailed budgeting and forecasting
- Manage and develop the FP&A Team
- Report to the Commercial Teams across the group supporting them in making informed decisions
- Analysing costs, revenue, and budgets across all departments
- Lead monthly financial close
- Data consolidation, financial modeling, and variance analysis
Requirements of the FP&A Manager Role:-
- ACA qualified ideally
- Strong background in Group Finance
- Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
