We are a prestigious firm of Chartered Certified Accountants & Registered Auditors with over half a century of experience, seeking a top-level, fully qualified Senior Manager with partnership potential. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with several years of experience in the public practice sector, who is highly self-motivated and has a proactive approach to client management and team leadership.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and service a diverse and demanding portfolio of clients, addressing their business needs as outlined above.
  • Engage directly with clients, attending meetings, taking notes, managing correspondence, and ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Delegate to, lead, manage, mentor, and appraise team members.
  • Work closely with the Partners to further your career and contribute to the overall business growth of the firm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified Chartered or Chartered Certified Accountant.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the public practice sector with post qualification experience 
  • Ability to manage a team and review cash flow forecasts, group accounts, group audits, consolidated accounts 
  • Comfortable in attending client meetings, presenting reporting packs and advising on client matters 
  • Highly self-motivated with a willingness to work hard.
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, positive, versatile, and well-organised.
  • Sound working knowledge of UK Accounting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
  • Broad knowledge of all UK taxes.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software.
  • Must be currently living in the UK with no restrictions to work.
