US Corporate Tax ManagerWe are currently working on an exciting manager level opportunity with a newly created US corporate tax team. Responsibilities:-

  • Client Portfolio Management: Take charge of a diverse client portfolio, ensuring comprehensive tax compliance and relationship management.
  • Cross-Border Tax Strategy: Spearhead tax strategies for clients with interests spanning the US and UK, navigating complex international tax landscapes.
  • Tax Return Expertise: Review and finalise US tax returns with precision, upholding the highest standards of tax practice.
  • Transactional Tax Analysis: Analyse the tax effects of various high-stake transactions, providing insightful solutions for mergers, acquisitions, and market expansions.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish yourself as the go-to tax expert for clients, fostering trust and delivering proactive tax advice.
  • Leadership in Tax Advisory: Collaborate with Partners and Directors to offer top-tier tax advice to US-connected clients in the UK.
  • Effective Team Management: Delegate tasks efficiently, manage team workloads, and ensure the timely delivery of tax services.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide invaluable guidance and mentorship to junior staff, enhancing the team's overall expertise.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Work in harmony with a dynamic tax team, contributing to a culture of excellence and shared success.

Requirements:-

  • Enrolled Agent qualification is a must, or US CPA
  • Experienced in dealing with US-UK corporate tax matters
  • Confident in solving complex tax issues
