We are seeking an experienced US Tax Advisor to join our expanding team. This is an ideal opportunity for a US-qualified individual with a CTA who is looking to settle in the UK, a UK manager seeking an opportunity to obtain equity, or a sole practitioner aiming to merge with a larger firm to benefit from economies of scale.
Day-to-day of the role:- Prepare and review US tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Provide expert tax advice and guidance in line with current legislation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial and tax situation.
- Collaborate with the support team and other staff members to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for expanding client services and improving processes.
- Play a key role in the strategic direction of the business with the potential to take on an equity stake.
- US tax qualification (CPA or equivalent).
- Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in US tax preparation and advisory services.
- Strong understanding of UK/US tax systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire to contribute to business growth.
