We are seeking an experienced US Tax Advisor to join our expanding team. This is an ideal opportunity for a US-qualified individual with a CTA who is looking to settle in the UK, a UK manager seeking an opportunity to obtain equity, or a sole practitioner aiming to merge with a larger firm to benefit from economies of scale.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare and review US tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance in line with current legislation.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial and tax situation.
  • Collaborate with the support team and other staff members to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding client services and improving processes.
  • Play a key role in the strategic direction of the business with the potential to take on an equity stake.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • US tax qualification (CPA or equivalent).
  • Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in US tax preparation and advisory services.
  • Strong understanding of UK/US tax systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
