CLIENT ADVISOR | LONDON | UP TO £36,000 + Bonus
We are keen to speak with individuals with a true passion for luxury retail and previous experience working in this sector to join our client as a full time Client Advisor in one of thier Central London boutiques.
As a luxury Client Advisor you will be delivering exceptional customer service, alongside building relationships with existing clients you would be developing your own clientele and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for experience either within luxury Leather goods or Accessories. Responsibilities of our Client Advisor will include:
- Inspiring clients by expressing passion for the brand through storytelling.
- Meet and exceed store KPI's
- Provide a luxury service experience for each client
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and expertise
- Build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive CRM and build your own client book
- Focus on retention of clients
Our Client Advisor profile / experience:
- Previous experience in clientelling within luxury Accessories or Leather goods
- Strong passion for luxury retail
- Demonstrate ability to build rapport with clients
- Good Communication and organisational skills
In return offering a competitive salary up to £36,000, plus a generous commission, lunch allowance and so much more.
