An award-winning boutique wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their highly regarded team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with prior experience in an IFA, Financial Services, or Client Services environment who is looking to develop their career within the financial planning sector.

The Role:

Working closely with Paraplanners and Senior Wealth Planners, the Client Services Administrator will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service. This position is integral in supporting the firm’s high-net-worth (HNW) client base and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Wealth Managers with diary management, meeting preparation, and general administrative support.
  • Onboard new clients and maintain strong client engagement.
  • Handle client queries efficiently, ensuring high levels of service.
  • Prepare investment packs, plan summaries, and meeting agendas.
  • Generate client cash flow reports using Voyant for lifestyle planning.
  • Maintain accurate client records across internal systems.
  • Manage electronic confidential records and correspondence.
  • Support wider business objectives and contribute to the team’s success.

About You:

  • Previous experience in IFA, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is preferred.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Keen to learn and develop within the financial planning industry.
