Financial Adviser to Equity Partner

Including equity and bespoke bonus package

Are you a well-established Financial Adviser that has built up a loyal client base, with genuine and meaningful relationships, where you always strive to do the best by your client?

Do you any of the following resonate within your current firm? You feel frustrated with restrictive internal processes. A Compliance function that looks for reason for you not to do business, rather than works with you to provide solutions to problems. Have poor or very little Admin and Paraplanning support. Are being pushed to move clients onto investment platforms or work within change charging structures. Or simply feel you are not getting adequate financial remuneration for your efforts.

If the answer is yes to any of these, then our client would like to talk to you. They are a highly regarded London based firm of Chartered Financial Planners that we have worked closely with for 8 plus years. They put the client and their staff at the heart of everything they do and utilise technology to it’s full, to make the support process as streamlined and efficient as possible. They offer their Advisers the flexibility to be as remotely based as they want to be and have a highly skilled Investment team, that works closely with both the Advisers and clients, to provide them with a truly bespoke service.

If you are a Self-Employed Adviser that is looking for a guaranteed six figure income whilst you transition your clients over or are looking for the security of a fully employed model, then our client would be happy to agree an individually tailored package with you. In addition, once you hit a pre agreed revenue figure, you will also be eligible to join the Equity Partnership in the firm, to reward your efforts and to ensure a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship is secured for both parties. They have a central London based office but can support Financial Advisers that want to work either on a hybrid or fully remotely basis within the UK.

If you are looking for a long term, or final career move, where you would create a capital event for yourself at a point in the future, then we would like to talk to you in strictest confidence.
