They offer their Advisers the flexibility to be as remotely based as they want to be and have a highly skilled Investment team, that works closely with both the Advisers and clients, to provide them with a truly bespoke service.
If you are a Self-Employed Adviser that is looking for a guaranteed six figure income whilst you transition your clients over or are looking for the security of a fully employed model, then our client would be happy to agree an individually tailored package with you. In addition, once you hit a pre agreed revenue figure, you will also be eligible to join the Equity Partnership in the firm, to reward your efforts and to ensure a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship is secured for both parties. They have a central London based office but can support Financial Advisers that want to work either on a hybrid or fully remotely basis within the UK.
