- Provide support to advisers with client-related queries, ensuring excellent client outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as their first point of contact.
- Facilitate the arrangement of investments and liaise with relevant parties.
- Arrange and prepare for client review meetings.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with on-boarding new clients and transferring products.
- Assist with the recording of fees and estimates.
- Minimum 3 A Levels or equivalent, including English and Maths.
- Proven experience working in an IFA Firm and dealing with private clients.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and IFA systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive and client-focused approach.
