  • Provide support to advisers with client-related queries, ensuring excellent client outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as their first point of contact.
  • Facilitate the arrangement of investments and liaise with relevant parties.
  • Arrange and prepare for client review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with on-boarding new clients and transferring products.
  • Assist with the recording of fees and estimates.
  What background and experience are they looking for?
  • Minimum 3 A Levels or equivalent, including English and Maths.
  • Proven experience working in an IFA Firm and dealing with private clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and IFA systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and client-focused approach.
