Independent Financial Adviser2 - 3 years of experienced required£70k - £80k basic salary plus attractive bonus and benefits packageOffice in Mayfair/Green Park (Central London)Working with HNW & UHNW clientsA key client of mine who I have placed 2 staff with in the past are looking for a Financial Adviser to manage a portion of their existing book of business which is c.£200m AUM with an average client holding £1m of assets. They provide holistic advice to large generational families, retirees and some City professionals and they pride themselves on offering the highest quality service and generate new business purely through recommendation and referral. Their average client has £1m to invest but they do look after some clients with £5m+.This role will be suitable for a Financial Planner with 2 - 3 years of advising experience who has the gravitas and capabilities to work with HNW individuals and provide a quality service. They are seeking someone who can grow into the business for the long term and is in the early stages of their advising career but is ready to take a step up. The Directors do not require an adviser to bring AUM with them, but if you have some clients who fit their investment proposition then they would welcome this. The role would offer lots of flexibility to work from home and manage your own affairs. You will have dedicated administration and paraplanning support.
