Our client is a highly successful property finance lender based in London. Continued growth has let to the need for a Case Manager to join the BTL case management team.

As Case Manager, you will be responsible for processing BTL mortgage applications in line with company policy.

Duties for the role of BTL Case Manager:

  • Pipeline management to support end to end processing targets
  • Document checking
  • Undertake and assess personal and company credit searches and related data
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external customers
  • Meet key performance indicators and service levels by working to agreed objectives and deliverables
  • Proactive and positive communicator, who is naturally organized.
  • Maintain up to date awareness of the current market, financial and regulatory requirements
  • Telephone call handling
  • Work closely with the Underwriters to ensure applications are progressed to outcome efficiently and accurately.
