Location: UK-based with hybrid working arrangement. Employees are expected to work in the office 3-4 days per week.

The Role
As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial plans. This position offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans and reports for clients
- Conduct in-depth research on financial products and investment opportunities
- Liaise with financial advisers to gather client information and understand their needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of paraplanning processes
Required knowledge and experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Paraplanner in the investment or wealth management sector
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite
- Relevant qualifications such as Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
