Light-Ends Broker - London Desk

We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join the London-based Light-Ends team as a broker. This position involves handling Light Ends contracts, such as Naphtha or Gasoline, while working closely with customers in these markets to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the ongoing success of the desk. Flexibility is essential, as occasional support for other brokers may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, while proactively seeking and onboarding new business opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and industry insights to better serve clients and stay competitive.
  • Understand and support the team’s strategic objectives by identifying trends and new opportunities across markets, clients, and products.
  • Collaborate with the Client On-Boarding team to ensure smooth integration of new clients.
  • Actively promote the company’s services while assessing client needs and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Uphold a culture of integrity, risk awareness, and accountability by acting with diligence and escalating issues where necessary.
