Fire Project Manager needed to join my client, a well established M&E contractor on a 9 month contract in Central London. My client is looking for someone who has experience mnagaing the fire packages on London Underground contracts, as well as producing commissioning plans and cause and effect of fire detection and suppression.
The selected candidate will be working on going and long term contract.

This role is outside of IR35.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Review design submissions and proposals, ensure compliance with all relevant Standards
  • Consult and advise clients in order to attain a safe and acceptable design solution for all interested parties - including the Regulator.
  • Responsible for commissioning checking and handover of installed fire alarm life safety installations on London Underground Stations
  • Attend site meetings / site inspections

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Fire Package Manager in the past
  • Fire certifications or equivalent
  • A background in either infrastructure or building construction projects.
  • CSCS
