I am looking for a Head of Food to join an ambitious and growing restaurant group based in Central London and the Southeast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate foodie with experience as a Head of Food or Director of Food, who thrives on a hands-on approach, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves in the kitchen when needed and brings strong leadership skills to the table. As Head of Food, you'll oversee all back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring quality and consistency across multiple locations.

Head of Food requirements:
- Experience as a Director of Food or Head of Food managing multiple sites!
- Must be based in London or within easy commute.
- Strong leadership skills with expertise in kitchen management and menu development.
- Previous operational BOH and financial management.
