We are looking for a catering team leader to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of catering services.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and supervise catering staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
