About the Role
As a Process Safety Specialist at Calor, you will:
- Provide process safety support and expertise to all operational locations, ensuring compliance with our Process Safety Policy.
- Assist in running Calor’s Process Safety audit program at our operational sites.
- Collaborate with Site Managers to implement safety, process, and system improvements.
- Advise and train operational staff on safety matters.
- Review accident and investigation reports, ensuring learnings are understood and actions implemented.
- Investigate process safety incidents, uncovering causes and detailing actions to prevent re-occurrence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum City & Guilds qualification, preferably HNC in Chemical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- Certifications: NEBOSH Certificate in Process Safety Management (PSM) and specific knowledge of COMAH and HAZID studies.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar industry.
