Quality Manager
Location: Hainault, Essex
Salary: £40,000-45,000 + benefits
Do you have a background in manufacturing Quality Assurance and Inspection? Join a family-owned company with a strong industry reputation as their Quality Manager. You'll lead their QA team, maintain ISO 9001 accreditation, and drive continuous improvement!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Assurance and maintain ISO 9001.
- Manage QA team and conduct product spot-checks.
- Investigate quality issues and drive shop floor improvements.
- Oversee Health & Safety management and environmental policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits.
- Train new employees and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience with ISO 9001 accreditation.
- Experience in Quality Assurance management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
