Quality Manager

Location: Hainault, Essex

Salary: £40,000-45,000 + benefits

Do you have a background in manufacturing Quality Assurance and Inspection? Join a family-owned company with a strong industry reputation as their Quality Manager. You'll lead their QA team, maintain ISO 9001 accreditation, and drive continuous improvement!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Assurance and maintain ISO 9001.
  • Manage QA team and conduct product spot-checks.
  • Investigate quality issues and drive shop floor improvements.
  • Oversee Health & Safety management and environmental policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits.
  • Train new employees and ensure Health & Safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ISO 9001 accreditation.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
