Technical & Quality Assistant
c. £27,000 | Monday – Friday | On-site | Food Manufacturing

We’re supporting a growing food manufacturing business based in Southwest London in their search for a Technical & Quality Assistant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment where quality, safety, and technical standards are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the technical and quality functions to ensure compliance with food safety standards and customer requirements
  • Carrying out internal audits, product testing, and quality checks
  • Managing and maintaining technical documentation and records
  • Assisting with customer and supplier queries related to technical and quality matters
  • Supporting the business in maintaining BRC and other accreditation standards
  • Collaborating with production teams to drive continuous improvement

About You:

  • Experience working in a food manufacturing environment – essential
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and technical processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality products
  • A proactive, can-do attitude

This role is fully site-based, Monday to Friday, offering a salary of around £27,000 and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team.
