Novotel London WestHotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms

We are excited to be looking for a Breakfast Supervisorto join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, we want someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do!

Your role will cover the following responsibilities:

  • Shift pattern 6am-2.30pm
  • Provide a warm welcome for guests and making recommendations from the menu/ drinks list if requested
  • Deliver an excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs
  • Supervises the food and beverage team during breakfast service
  • Responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests
  • Prepare and set tables for the next guests
  • Ensure the food service area is left clean and tidy once guests have left
  • Adhere to food hygiene and food safety standards

Work Experience

  • Strong Team leader with at least one year Food & Beverage experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
  • Fluent in English - spoken & written.
