We are looking on behalf of our client, for a dedicated Customs Entry Coordinator with a specialisation in exports to join their team at a leading freight forwarding company near Heathrow.
As a Customs Entry Coordinator focusing on exports, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the customs clearance process for outbound shipments. Your primary role will involve ensuring compliance with export regulations, preparing and submitting export documentation, coordinating with various parties involved in the export process, and facilitating the smooth and timely export of goods to international destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate customs clearance procedures for export shipments.
- Prepare and submit accurate export documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to facilitate seamless export operations.
- Ensure all export shipments are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
