Role Overview:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and encouraged to learn.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, contributing to the school's welcoming and inclusive ethos.
• Monitor and assess the development of each child, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with the wider school team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A passion for teaching in the Early Years and a commitment to supporting every child's development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to inspire and motivate young learners in a positive and engaging manner.
• ECTs are warmly welcomed to apply-support and mentorship will be provided.
