Primary SEN Teacher
Lambeth (SW16), London

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and other staff members.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a primary school setting. -
  • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies for effective teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
