We are currently recruiting for 3 x Chef de Partie for an incredible opportunity to join one of Londons most respected luxury 5* hotels and restaurants. The restaurant within the hotel holds multiple accolades including AA Rosettes and has been visited by Michelin. With 20 Chefs and support staff within the kitchen, you will be working in an amazing team, learning new skills with lots of potential to grow within the business for the right candidate.
Entry Requirements
We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals; you must have a proven track record, and have the drive to learn and push you forward.
Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and Professional
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie/ Demi Chef de Partie / Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining environment is ESSENTIAL.
- Good knife skills (fileting and prepping meat and fish) is IMPORTANT
- Have great communication and organising skills
- Have the ability to closely work with the management team
- Have high standards of health and hygiene
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about their job
- Be a great team player
