You want to complete your studies but are no longer happy in your present role and would like to see out the remainder of your training in an exciting varied role!?

Our client is one of the UK's most exclusive firms of accountants that supports some of the world most affluent and sought after private individuals and their businesses. We are looking for an ACA trainee that's part way through professional level exams and possibly approaching the latter stages of their respective qualification to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure of a varied client portfolio of individuals, SME’s and larger OMB’s, including involvement on specialist audits, mixed statutory and value added accounting plus mixed taxation, enabling you to become a well-rounded accountant.

The firm has a highly supportive and friendly, relaxed environment which offers the opportunity to develop your knowledge, whilst also enjoying a work life balance. Flexible working and full continued support towards the remainder of ACA studies is also offered with this role.

Key Responsibilities of this Audit and Accounts Semi Senior role;

  • Play a key part in all stages of audit, accounts and tax assignments.
  • Work closely with more senior colleagues such as Managers and even Partners.
  • Check and supervise the work of more junior staff including providing guidance and assistance.
  • Be a key contact for clients on all assignments, providing solutions where possible and seeking assistance as required.
  • Work hard towards completing your ACA studies.

You

  • ACA partly qualified - Ideally you will have completed ACA certificate level exams and will be part way through the professional level papers.
  • Currently working in practice with around 2 years of UK based audit experience.
  • The desire to complete your qualification and build your experience in multiple areas of accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal directly with clients.
