Summary:
We are urgently seeking an experienced Administrator for a Transport for London (TFL) contract based at Lugg Approach, Ilford, E12 5LN. This is an office-based role with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The role is initially for 5 weeks but may be extended. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to hit the ground running. Key responsibilities include issuing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, managing reactive works for engineers, and using CAFM systems such as Concept and Maximo. The position is PAYE advertised at £18 per hour (Umbrella). The selected candidate will be required to start ASAP and will need to participate in a quick 15-minute Teams call as part of the final job description.
