Requirements:

Assisting with accurate record taking for a newly implemented project
Collect and upload information correctly and in a timely manner
Work with the Finance team to set up preferred payment methods for residents ensuring that payment is received and residents are aware of the payment commitments
Ensure a superior quality customer experience for our customers is achieved when supporting
Work collaboratively across all stakeholders to ensure that the customer is at the centre of all decisions and actions
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing tenant concerns and feedback promptly

Essential:

Must have recent Northgate experience
