*New flexible WORK FROM HOME Administrator / Secretary role*
Full time working remotely from home. Our client is a successful gas company who is looking for an administrator / secretary. Hours 9 - 5pm - However, client is happy for the candidate to leave in the day to do school pick up and come back it’s a very flexible role. Salary up to £15 an hour.
Administrator Duties include:
- Answer phone calls and messages.
- Answer emails.
- Book in jobs.
- Give customers basic tips and Advice (training given).
- Invoice completed jobs (must have used xero accountancy software before).
- Chase late payments.
- Organise diaries for engineers.
- Follow up with customers and ask for reviews.
- Organise and reconcile incoming and out going payments on xero.
- Send customers quotations on xero.
- Track staff absences and holidays.
- Liase with payroll and acountant to ensure wages and VAT are correct.
- Ensure insurance and lisences are vaild and up to date.
Previous administrator experience is essential. Experience in Xero software is advantageous.
