A commercial property investor and developer specialising in the retail and leisure sectors are recruiting for an Administrator to join their team in NW London. They acquire, add value, and invest long-term in a wide range of properties across the UK's high streets and out-of-town locations.We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join the team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Development Team and the wider Research and Administration team.Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Manage diaries, including booking meetings, lunches, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer phones and take messages.
  • Assist with research tasks.
  • Assist with data entry and CRM management.
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist with filing and document management.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as required.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a property environment desirable but not essential.
